These terms govern your use of Toolsdown, a product operated by Lynx Real Estate Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12199401), registered office Flat 3, 1 Clifton Road, London, W9 1SZ.
By using Toolsdown, you agree to these terms. If you are using Toolsdown on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.
The service
Toolsdown lets construction site workers send updates, photos and materials orders over WhatsApp, and turns them into structured records in a dashboard for office staff. We provide the service on an "as is" basis and aim to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Your responsibilities
- Use the service lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes.
- Do not send content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes others' rights.
- Keep your account credentials secure.
- Ensure you have the right to share any personal data you send through the service.
Accounts and access
We may suspend or withdraw access if these terms are breached. Office account access is provided to the customer business; site worker access over WhatsApp is provided as part of that business's account.
Data
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where your business is our customer, that business owns its data and we process it on their behalf.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your misuse of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
